Yamaha UC and MersiveWith the aim of improving hybrid meetings, Mersive Technologies has expanded its global partnership program to include unified communications Yamaha to offer a new collaboration solution for meetings and learning spaces, for both face-to-face and remote participants.

This partnership combines the BYOM room system (Bring Your Own Meeting – Bring your own meeting) Mersive with Yamaha's professional meeting room audio solutions to provide best-in-class hybrid meeting support.

With the continued growth of remote and dispersed work models, Mersive and Yamaha UC meeting and collaboration solutions provide perfect and flexible support for an advanced and dynamic hybrid workplace.

Mersive Solstice Pod combined with a Yamaha YVC-200 conference phone, YVC-330 or YVC-1000 and a compatible USB camera (optional) constitute a complete room solution. With the audio and video peripherals in the room connected via USB to Solstice Pod, the meeting host connects wirelessly via a laptop.

With one step, Solstice Conference (software-enabled capability) connects with remote participants using any popular video conferencing service, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Webex.

With Solstice Conference, Yamaha audio devices transparently move to the meeting host's laptop, maintaining its functionality and native certifications. In addition, expands the audio and video of the room and the experience of sharing content between face-to-face and remote participants, improving collaboration in hybrid workspaces.
