Allen Heath range installation solutions

To your catalog of installation solutions, Allen & Heath has incorporated compact Dante interfaces, Control panels with touch screen and an echo cancellation module.

Allen & Heath has added new solutions to its catalog for installations, including compact Dante interfaces, Control panels with touch screen and an echo cancellation module. These products consolidate the brand for audio management and distribution.

The Audio Matrix Processor AHM-64 benefits from hardware-based echo cancellation via processing expansion module AEC M-AHM-64-A, that provides 12 AEC channels with an adaptive FIR filter 150 ms, non-linear processing for residual echo and background noise reduction, in addition to AGC (automatic gain control) for the far signal.

The AEC module offers multiple advantages over cloud-based echo cancellation, including the ability to handle multi-microphone setups and dedicated sound reinforcement outputs, and provides a step forward in audio quality for video conferencing applications in meeting rooms and conference centers.

Three new Dante interfaces bolster Allen's Everything I/O range of audio expanders & Heath, brand that distributes Audio-Technica Iberia: he DT20 con 2 mic/line inputs on combo connectors; he DT02 con 2 XLR line outputs; and the DT22 con 2×2 I/O on Phoenix connectors.

Its compact format, along with its robust aluminum housing, makes them suitable for the harsh conditions of portable audiovisual equipment rental, while surface and rack mount kits allow integration into more permanent installations.

Completing the new installation offers, CC-7 and CC-10 touch panels expand the existing range of remote control options for AHM-64 mixers, dLive y Avantis.

Powered by PoE and pre-configured to run the Allen application & Heath Custom Control in Kiosk Mode, They offer an alternative to BYOD in worship centers, corporate and educational. The installer or system integrator can design multiple user interfaces, load them into the mixing system and deploy them to all connected Custom Control devices.

“We are responding to a changing paradigm where every room is a potential video conferencing facility, audio needs to reach new spaces over complex networks and AV control is more distributed and user-specific”, comena Nic Beretta, product manager de Allen & Heath.
