LG LWBC series turns windows into dynamic digital canvases
With a maximum brightness of 3.500 nits, The new LG LWBC Window Facing series allows you to design video walls that are mounted on the inside of exterior windows facing direct sunlight.
LG Business Solutions has presented the series of screens DVLED high-gloss for interior LWBC Window Facing. Designed to be oriented towards the outside, through windows, makes them an ideal solution for retail environments, transport, education and even corporate.
With a maximum brightness of 3.500 nits, The new LWBC series is visible in direct sunlight and offers one of LG's most affordable high-brightness DVLED solutions.
Dan Smith, vice president of LG Business Solutions USA in charge of DVLED displays, has explained that the new line presents a simplified installation, front and rear serviceability, and multiple pixel pitch options to provide the flexibility needed for integrators and affordable, reliable performance for end users.
“The new Window Facing series allows integrators to design video walls that mount on the inside of exterior windows facing direct sunlight. Available with a pixel pitch of 2,6 mm, 2,9 mm y 3,9 mm, any store, restaurant or other outdoor-facing business can offer eye-catching images and messages in sizes that fill virtually any window”.
In addition to its shine, that defies the light of day, The LWBC series has an innovative design, which can be used both from the front and back, and uses a quick closing system that allows proper alignment of the cabinets, no tools needed to connect them.
For customers and locations that demand a screen with a turn of 90 degrees, like a corner window, LG also offers a configuration for this format, virtually seamless.
This series of displays can use LG's high-performance controller with webOS to provide compatibility with the company's business-focused software solutions, including content management system SuperSign, Led Assistant and monitoring ConnectedCare.
“This series opens up new opportunities to turn windows into dynamic digital canvases that demand attention and provide stunning visibility in virtually any condition.”, Smith adds..
Compared to non-DVLED screens, they offer a viewing angle of 160 degrees and a contrast ratio of up to 5000:1. Besides, each model is compatible with HDR10 and HDR10 Pro content.
