Crestron Control expands its operation to more CU platforms

Control functions Crestron bring their accessibility natively to Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex and unified communications platforms Google Meet. Supports control interfaces on the platform, enabling flexible management from more meeting room controllers.

Crestron Electronics has announced that it has added new checkpoints for security systems unified communications, making it easier to leverage in-room automation for every meeting or presentation.

Crestron Control has been available for a long time in the Flex solutions and this latest expansion offers native control to more platforms unified communications (CU). What was historically handled with two separate devices has been simplified into a single interface, clearing the table and removing barriers to give more users access to this manufacturer's main room controls.

Versatility of the CU platform

Through direct integration with UC platform providers to optimize the meeting experience, Users can access their Crestron Control solutions from any hardware vendor.

Crestron Control, which was previously introduced with the software Zoom Rooms, the meetings of Cisco Webex and the platform Google Meet, is now available in Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows OS with page turning integration.

The control page adapts to each UC platform, creating a transition for users to move from meeting controls to room controls. With configuration software Crestron Construct, control GUI can match standard platform interface, creating a familiar user experience and maintaining control from a single device.
