Sharp/NEC A201U: installation laser projector for education, business and leisure

Sharp NEC Display Solutions Europe has announced the launch of its first LCD laser installation projector from the Sharp brand, and A201U. Offers very high brightness with a compact design, quiet and low energy consumption. Suitable application scenarios include corporate auditoriums, universities, museums and immersive projections.
With almost DC-P3 color space, he Sharp A201U use a RB laser light source, with vivid reds and optimal color performance. Projects images that are remarkably realistic with a brightness of 20 KLm and a WUXGA resolution.
It features the latest sealed optical engine with IP5X rating that protects against even the finest dust particles. Brilliant color brilliance is maintained for long-lasting image performance with no filter cleaning required. Users benefit from multiple lens options in the Sharp/NEC portfolio and compatibility with legacy PA series lenses.
The Sharp A201U also has high display capabilities. It can be placed in a vertical position and has free tilt, geometric fit, picture in picture, camera-based tiling and matching.
Simplified installation is ensured by an HDBaseT output interface that allows multiple projectors to be daisy-chained via inexpensive network cables to a single source.
The model is also compatible con ProAssist, making it easy to set up the projector and correct system settings: image, spring, geometric correction, color uniformity, multi-projector white balance and camera-based auto adjustment of two projectors.
