Alfalite obtains NCAGE and TAA certifications for government and defense projects

The Spanish manufacturer of Led screens Alfalite has reinforced its international recognition with NATO NCAGE certifications and compliance with TAA regulations, what it means to enter tenders in the public and defense spheres around the world.

The code NCAGE (NATO Commercial and Government Entity) and the TAA compliance certification (Trade Agreements Act), They are two important accreditations that mark a new advance in the Alfalite international expansion strategy.

These recognitions allow the only European manufacturer of Led screens to date participate in public procurement and defense processes, both in NATO member countries and in the United States, where a high level of regulatory compliance and traceability is required.

With both certifications, Alfalite joins a very small group of LED screen manufacturers worldwide that meet the requirements of the most demanding environments.

The NCAGE code, issued within the NATO Coding System, officially recognizes Alfalite as an authorized supplier in the NATO Support and Procurement Agency database (NSPA). This accreditation allows the company to participate in strategic projects in the defense sectors., security and public institutions of the allied countries.

Specifically, The TAA regulations require that products be manufactured or substantially transformed in the United States or in a country adhering to the agreement. Spain, as a member of the European Union and signatory of the Agreement on Public Procurement (GPA) of the WTO, is one of the designated countries.

Therefore, Alfalite products manufactured entirely in Spain are fully eligible for US federal contracts that require this compliance.

This condition is reinforced by the Spanish Certificate of Origin which the company has, which guarantees the place of manufacture and is essential to determine tariffs, import conditions and access to international trade agreements.
