The technological integrator in audiovisual projects GDR has acquired the ProAV and medical solutions business units of Provitec Installations and Systems; a strategic operation that reinforces its position in this sector.

This strategic operation reinforces the positioning of NRD as a reference technological integrator in highly complex AV projects and added value, as well as the greater concentration and dedication of Provitec in its original broadcast and professional TV sector..

GDR (inside Adtel Group) expands and deepens its proposal in key areas such as AVPro, corporate and educational environments, as well as in the medical sector, relying on a consolidated track record in design, integration and implementation of critical audiovisual and medical solutions, where reliability, technical precision and continuity of service are decisive.

Through this agreement, Provitec focuses its activity on its key sectors, as broadcast and professional television, transferring to NRD a specialized experience in: technological solutions for the medical field, where integration with existing infrastructures, regulations and operational continuity are essential.

Added to this is a very project-oriented approach and technical-commercial proximity with the end customer. Roan Star, until now specialized AV account manager for Provitec, is fully incorporated into NRD.

For your part, NRD reinforces these capabilities with its organizational structure, technical muscle and comprehensive vision of projects, what allows tackle projects of greater scope and complexity; integrate AV and medical technology within broader technology ecosystems, as well as offering customers a greater support capacity, evolution and future growth of its solutions.
