PRG appoints Lawrence Burian as new global CEO

The technological solutions company for entertainment and live events, Production Resource Group (PRG), appoints Lawrence Burian as global CEO, with effect from 13 April. Burian will also join the PRG Board of Directors.

Lawrence Burian has extensive experience spanning large-scale live entertainment and sporting events., venue management, hospitality, media rights, brand collaborations and corporate strategy. More recently, He held the position of director of operations at LIV Golf, where he helped guide the organization through a period of exponential growth and high visibility, overseeing multiple corporate and business functions across the league's global operations.

Antes de LIV Golf, Burian held numerous senior management positions within the Madison Square Garden group of companies., working on a diverse portfolio of businesses and brands in the premium entertainment sectors, live sports, media and hospitality. His experience includes iconic sports franchises such as the New York Knicks and New York Rangers.; world-renowned venues like Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall and the Sphere; television networks such as MSG Networks; and entertainment brands, including the Radio City Rockettes. He has also served on the boards of directors of Tao Hospitality Group, the Tribeca Film Festival and the Boston Calling Music Festival. At the beginning of his career, Burian spent a decade in senior management positions at Cablevision Systems Corporation.
