Cinéville deploys its digital network with Christie

La Francesa Ciné Digital Service, cinema equipment specialist, has been chosen to install 67 Christie CP2000 Series 2K Digital Projectors.

Christie has been selected as Cinéville's main supplier (one of the largest distribution and programming groups in France) to support its digital deployment plan and gradually equip the group and its cinemas. Ciné Digital Service will be in charge of the deployment. The financing of Cinéville's gradual digitalization is based on an agreement signed in March 2009 with Ymagis, a company created to finance the transition to digital cinema, using the virtual print fee model (VPF) as part of its European deployment plan.
