Condeco will unveil at ISE 2012 an innovative digital display system

Condeco, meeting room booking software provider, will take advantage of its first participation in the ISE fair as a platform for the international launch of its new digital signage system, Condeco Touch.

Condeco attends Integrated Systems Europe for the first time this year, the audio products fair, video and new technologies that will be held at the Amsterdam RAI venue in the coming days 31 of January and 2 February. The company will present the Condeco Touch system at this event, which is part of the latest generation of products from the firm aimed at meeting the constantly evolving demand for integrated meeting room reservation and management systems.

Driven by changes in work culture, the growing popularity of work flexibility, an increasingly mobile workforce and the ever-present need for organizations to manage costs and resources, Condeco Touch incorporates new and improved features, which include:

• A check-in facility to confirm room usage, ensuring that everyone knows who is using a room, for what and for how long. The information can also be used to generate management reports to contribute to strategic decision making.
• Instant booking from the screen, allowing each individual person control of meeting rooms
• A system for requesting catering and other services

Condeco Touch also links directly to Microsoft Exchange, meaning there is no need to purchase additional software and allows users to book the room directly from MS Outlook with instant sync between the screen and Outlook.

Sleek aluminum and glass design incorporates the latest in touch screen technology to display meeting information. Each Condeco Touch screen also incorporates an RFID card reader to identify the person checking in or making reservations and high ambient LED indicators to provide a clear and immediate indication of the status of a room..

The screen can also be linked to Condeco's room reservation software that provides utilization reports, plus an advanced management console for the company's concierge team to manage more complicated room reservation requests.
