Caltron expands its range of high-brightness monitors with the HBT-1042O

Caltron's new addition to its HBT series of high-brightness monitors, the HBT-1042O, provides integrators and users with more options to choose from when designing a kiosk, a control panel or an instrumentation control.

Caltron just released the HBT-1042O, a high-brightness Open Frame LED monitor 10,4 inches that is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Operating temperature is higher than any other Caltron LCD monitor, allowing the high-brightness unit to withstand more demanding environments and have more diverse operating capabilities. The HBT-1042O has touch screen options, as well as added input options. Unit dimensions and shape are the same as Caltron models FBT-1042O and LBT-1042, making installation of the HBT-1042O into an existing enclosure easier, no modifications required.

The HBT-1042O is especially suitable for outdoor environments, where higher brightness monitors are needed so that screen content is more easily visible in sunlight. Durable chassis and features similar to Caltron's FBT series monitors minimize mechanical changes over the life of the unit. The HBT-1042O is suitable for industrial or commercial applications, including CNC machines, kiosks, gaming machines and industrial controls.
