ViewSonic shows at DSE 2012 an ultra-thin 55” LCD display and a new multimedia player

As featured elements within its extensive product catalog at the Digital Signage Expo (DSE 2012), ViewSonic is introducing the new CDX5550-L LCD display from 55 inch and ultra-thin frame and NMP570w multimedia player.

ViewSonic is showing at Digital Signage Expo (DSE) 2012 an ultra-narrow 55" LCD display″ LED backlit, with Intel OPS compatibility. The new display CDX5550-L 55″ slim bezel targets video wall industry, providing high definition brightness to 700 nits and a color contrast ratio of up to 4000:1, ensuring viewers receive beautiful HD images. Energy-saving LED backlighting and multiple video inputs (HDMI, VGA, DVI, S-Video, YPbPr y CVBS) provide bold image quality. ViewSonic has also taken to the DSE 2012 the NMP570w, a new multimedia player that can connect to content found on the web and incorporate it into any digital signage screen, showing content found on cloud devices, such as computers, smart TVs and mobile phones. The smart media device supports HTML5 and SMIL and has built-in screen templates, for both portrait and landscape modes. HTML5 smart widget plug-ins included, Created specifically for the digital signage industry, provide news plug-ins, time, clock, calendar and RSS feeds. The extensive multimedia support of the NMP570w, which includes MP3, JPEG, WMV y H.264, Ensures that all connected files can be displayed on many screens.
