Mitsubishi Electric launches three new SVGA color TFT-LCD modules
Mitsubishi Electric has launched three color TFT-LCD modules on the market. 8.4 inches SVGA, 10.4 inch SVGA 12.1 inches SVGA, respectively. These industrial-use models feature super-wide viewing angles, a wide range of operating temperatures and long-lasting LED backlighting.
Mitsubishi Electric has announced the launch of three new SVGA color TFT-LCD modules for industrial applications. 8.4, 10.4 y 12.1 inches that will be presented at the FPD China fair 2012, held in Shanghai 20 al 22 March. Mitsubishi Electric's new TFT-LCD modules meet growing market demands for high-brightness displays, high contrast, Wide range of operating temperatures and wide viewing angles for various applications and installations.
These new modules offer viewing angles of 170º horizontally and vertically, providing excellent visibility, even for installations out of central vision; a high gloss 600 cd/m2 and a wide contrast ratio of 1.000:1 for easy viewing in bright environments; and a 72% color gamut according to NTSC standards.
Besides, They have a wide range of operating temperatures, from -30º C to 80º C, to withstand extreme outdoor environments; long-lasting backlighting through the use of LEDs, which allows the design to be compact and low cost, with a useful life of 100.000 hours at an ambient temperature of 25º C; and they are environmentally friendly, Mercury-free and fully compatible with the European directive on the restriction of hazardous substances (RoHS).
