Innovae Vision provides the Amara Berri clinic with an interactive kiosk for queue management

Innovae Vision, company specialized in providing technological solutions in interactive communication applications, has installed an interactive kiosk at the Amara Berri Health Center in San Sebastián to avoid queues and significantly reduce waiting times.

Innovae Vision has provided the Amara Berri Center in San Sebastián, belonging to the Osakidetza (Basque Health Service), a pioneering queue management system in Donostia. With this new project “The procedures are the same as before but the flows have been very organized”, as explained by the company.

The system consists of an interactive kiosk that provides a number for each service with the aim of organizing the queues and making the wait as comfortable as possible for patients.. Interactive panels indicate which booth the user should go to.
