Runco Adds SC-30d and SC-35d Digital 3D Projectors to Its Signature Line

Runco, the projector brand of the North American company Planar, has added two new projectors to its Signature line -the SC-30d and the SC-35d-, that incorporate the Digital Dimension Controller (DC-300), Designed to provide a better 3D experience, and all the calibration tools necessary to install a cutting-edge video system.

Runco has unveiled the new Signature series of digital 3D projectors, initially composed of two models, el SC-30d y el SC-35d, which are based on frame-sequencing 3D technology that delivers 2D and 3D content on the same screen, with 1080p Full HD resolution. Both projectors are available with high-performance McKinley CineWide and CineWide with AutoScope anamorphic lenses., which provide a projection experience with an aspect ratio 2.35:1 without loss of image integrity.

The SC-30d offers 3.500 ANSI lumens of uncalibrated brightness. When calibrated to Runco CMS standards, the projector offers 87 Foot-Lamberts (fL) of brightness. Both models incorporate the new Digital Dimension Controller (DC-300) by Runco, which has been designed to improve 3D performance. Can be rack mounted, and has various installation options that allow custom configuration. The DC-300 is designed to connect directly to all source components, and then connects to the SC-30d or SC-35d projector with a single cable connection from the processor to the projector.
