3M will present a new large format multi-touch screen at ISE 2013

The Touch Screen Technology Solutions Provider, 3M Touch Systems, will take advantage of the next edition of the Integrated Systems Europe fair (WHEREAS), which is held at the RAI in Amsterdam on 29 al 31 January 2013, to present its new C4667PW display, a multi-touch LCD device 46 inches, projected capacitive technology, Ultra-wide viewing angle and 1080p high definition.

The company 3M will exhibit at the ISE fair 2013 the latest addition to its line of multi-touch HD digital signage displays. Among the featured products at your stand (Pavilion 8, stand 8-F210) The first prototype of a multi-touch chassis display from 46 inches, C4667PW, along with the recently launched model of 32 inches, C3266PW, plus a series of dual-touch chassis displays and high-performance desktop monitors.

The incorporation of the chassis display 46 inches extends 3M Projected Capacitive Technology to its line of large format displays and offers creative new opportunities for designers and system integrators, combining multi-touch capabilities of 60 fingers with an LCD display with an ultra-wide viewing angle and 1080p high definition. As with the current multi-touch chassis display of 32 inches, the prototype of 46 inch delivers an ultra-thin, lightweight, high-performance display for collaborative and interactive applications. Both offer an open frame design that allows for easy integration into kiosks, casings or desktop applications.

All models in the multi-touch chassis display range use 3M Multi-Touch technology to provide ultra-fast and accurate response. The C4667PW multi-touch chassis display 46 inches of 3M is able to follow 60 simultaneous haptic touches in less than 12 millisecond response speed with palm rejection, while that of 32 inches continues 40 simultaneous touches with a response time of 10 ms. These multi-touch LFDs are designed to help create a more natural interactive experience for users looking for an enlarged touch area or multi-user applications.. The screen's anti-friction surface further enhances users' experience by allowing their fingers to glide across the glass surface, maintaining positive contact with the screen.

Both the 3M C4667PW multi-touch chassis display and C3266PW multi-touch chassis display offer an ultra-wide viewing angle of 178 degrees (horizontal / vertical) for off-axis viewing and multi-user table configurations. Slim Profile Metal Housing Screen 32 inches has 2,6 inches (66,8 mm) deep with a VESA mounting pattern of 200 mm and offers a metal bezel for a finished look that can be removed for integration into flat-faced surface boards and walls.

These large format multi-touch screens will be exhibited at ISE 2013 along with plug-and-play multi-touch desktop displays from 21,5 inches and 27 company inches, offering high definition graphics, Wide viewing angles and multi-touch performance 20 ringtones. At the 3M booth you can also see the dual-touch chassis display models of 15, 17 y 19 inches, Designed specifically for integration into kiosks and enclosures. The displays feature a modern design and flat front surface design and allow designers to easily migrate single-touch apps to a double-tap gesture interface found on popular smartphones and tablet devices..
