AOpen adds digital service as a service for the Android platform to its OpenService initiative
The software from the Australian Block Global will be integrated into AOpen's OpenService initiative to offer digital signage as a service for the Android platform for the retail sector.
The Taiwanese multinational Open has announced a global agreement with Blocks Global, Australian developer of online marketing platforms and customer experience solutions, under the OpenService initiative in order to share digital signage/DOOH products and services through their respective networks of distributors and business partners.
AOpen OpenService is an end-to-end solution that facilitates the implementation of digital signage projects in a simple and accessible way for the retail sector., since it covers everything from remote management to the creation and distribution of content to the analysis and management of social media. With this alliance, the company extends its initiative to digital signage as a service for the Android platform.
As Paul Wilson explains, responsible for Blocks Global, “Our partnership as a partnertship has transformed our company's vision as an innovative Australian company to that of a global digital signage software provider., since we now have access to the global market through the AOpen distributor network and its partners. We have passed twelve months of rigorous testing of our software in the retail sector, and this alliance is a key opportunity for Blocks Global to grow our business internationally”.
As part of the OpenService initiative, AOpen will market and support through its system integrator channel, installers, suppliers and consultants specialized in networking the Blocks Global software platform, “since it is an ideal partner for our proposal,” said Stephen Borg., director of market development and global strategy at AOpen-. After the tests carried out, We found that their platform offers unique and holistic digital signage features in the retail sector and seamless DOOH, ranging from visualization and analytics to specialized mobile commerce services, with a low cost of ownership, “improved customer experience and a new source for big data analysis”.
The objective of this alliance for OpenService “is to create value beyond digital signage as we know it today,” Borg emphasizes., by unifying end customer channels. We want you to think of digital signage like a new smartphone; in which they only pay a monthly fee for its use, without having to worry about how it works and through a single provider”.
Block Global's interactive digital signage-based software platform offers the retail sector an opportunity to transform its customer relationship, through an innovative shopping experience, consistent and measurable, which translates into an increase in sales.
