Verbatim Vivid Vision, Directional LED for applications of maximum light quality
Verbatim's Vivid Vision directional LED, with VxRGB technology, covers applications that require the highest light quality and high contrast, like museums.
Verbatim has announced the commercialization of Vivid Vision, a directional LED with VxRGB technology developed by Verbatim's parent company, Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation.
Vivid Vision ensures “that the colors and subtlest details of objects are displayed with maximum precision”, those responsible point out, thanks to a combination of red matches, greens and blues applied to a violet LED, instead of blue.
This type of LED lighting is particularly effective in spaces where small differences in color tones, tints and textures can have a significant impact, like museums, galleries, escapes, etc..
In this sense, This MR16 VxRGB directional LED offers high contrast lighting in order to highlight the unique features and colors of artworks.
Como explica Jeanine Chrobak-Kado, business development manager de Verbatim, “Vivid Vision directional LEDs use a unique blend of phosphors to ensure that colors in certain lighting applications look how they should be seen.”. The CRI number is not relevant when it comes to this type of specialized product”.
Vivid Vision MR16 is the updated replacement for typical 20w halogen reflector spotlights. Con 6,5w (equivalent to 20w incandescent lamps), produce 180 lumens output power with a 35º opening angle, a color temperature of 2900K and a CRI of 85.
