The electronic module manufacturer, control and processing for audiovisual systems RDL has presented its new audio solutions for digital signage monitors.

RDLWith the aim of achieving maximum performance and quality in digital signage systems, RDL (Radio Design Labs) has developed specific modules to optimize the audio that are integrated into the monitors.

As they point out from RDL, Video monitors in public spaces often include speakers with insufficient fidelity and volume, since one of the shortcomings they present in this sense is that they only have audio output at speaker level.

RDL ST-CX2SThe new RDL systems for this type of applications, composed of ST-PA18 amplifiers, the TX-8A line transformer and the ST-CX2S subwoofer, They manage to convert the output to line level to achieve absolute control of it and maintain the highest possible fidelity.

These systems allow each monitor output channel to be connected to a TX-8A adjustable line transformer., which attenuates the signal to a standard line level, balanced or not.

Its operation is simple, since these signals pass through two ST-PA18 amplifiers to support high quality speakers. The output loop of each amplifier passes through the filter inputs of the ST-CX2S subwoofer, which combines the left and right channels and applies the subwoofer's low-frequency crossover.

The output signal of the ST-CX2S feeds the last ST-PA18, which is used as a subwoofer in this type of systems.
