Christie breaks the mold in 4K projection and 3 true 120HZ chips with Mirage systems
Christie's new Mirage 4K25 and 4K35 projectors are the first DLP with 4K resolution and 3 real 120Hz chips so far on the market, including the TruLife platform for an advanced and intuitive 3D experience.
Christie has presented the new Mirage 4K25 and 4K35 projectors specially designed for 3D applications aimed at advanced visualizations in the automotive sector, permanent leisure facilities, government agencies and industry.
The new DLP projectors from 3 chips, supported by the new Christie TruLife electronic platform with 1,2 gigapixels per second and floating point architecture, They offer resolution of 4,096×2.160p a 120Hz para 3D.
Larry Paul, Senior Director of Technology and Display Solutions at Christie, has stated that “we are the first and only projector manufacturer in the world that offers 4K DLP resolution at 120Hz, an image processing capacity that places the company at the forefront of the industry and is complemented by other leading technology, that of the xenon lamp from the Japanese company Ushio”.
Both models, Mirage 4K25 y 4K35, offers brightness flexibility ranging from 10.000 to the 35.000 lumens; a varied range of entry options (DisplayPort, HDMI y HD-SDI) and incorporate Christie Twist technology for curved displays and display matrix applications.
From a functionality point of view, Mamoru Hanzawa, director of Christie Digital Systems Japan, has pointed out that “we design the most intuitive and advanced 3D projection for visualization display solutions”.
In this regard, These new projectors offer important advantages to global business and visualization markets that depend on 3D and immersive single or multi-channel displays.. For example, its image quality, Its color and uniformity enable visual precision in the vehicle development process that could reduce risks and costs in research and prototypes..
Besides, These are highly reliable and durable systems for these projectors for operation without downtime in demanding environments 24×7 to create fully immersive virtual experiences.
Christie has presented these new projectors during the 11th Edition of the Tokyo Big Sight 3D and Virtual Reality Exhibition (IVR), the largest Japanese exhibition dedicated to 3D technology and high-definition imaging, which is celebrated from 19 al 21 June.
