Charmex and Hitachi celebrated the past 25 June in Madrid the Hitachi Workshop 2013 which revolved around education and the latest technological innovations applied to this sector in terms of projectors, interactive whiteboards and cloud applications refers.
During the workshop Hitachi 2013, that celebrated the past 25 June at headquarters Charmex in Madrid (Green Building), Both companies announced the latest developments that have appeared on the market for the educational environment.. Projectors, interactive whiteboards and new cloud applications that increase interaction between the student, the teacher and the system were the protagonists of the day.
The event, structured in an open-door format and aimed at distributors, interactive classroom integrators, prescribers, schools, universities, training centers and companies, was attended by Gerard Usón and Josep Salvat, responsible for the Hitachi interactive whiteboard and projector business lines, respectively, who announced the latest news of both lines.
In his speech Gerard Usón explained the situation of the interactive market in Spain, while mentioning the new software solutions aimed at creating content in the cloud that manage to increase efficiency in training processes. “It is not enough to install PDIs in training centers and teaching classrooms, It is necessary that this inclusion be associated with value-enhancing actions such as access to quality educational elements., and immersion in collaborative projects in the cloud sharing educational experiences through the use of mobile devices and tablets”.
For your part, Joseph Salvat, conducted a retrospective of Hitachi's evolution in the world of education. In this sense, Salvat alluded to the new functionality that the ImageCare development carries, and that affects energy savings. “As an exclusive feature of Hitachi projectors, ImageCare automatically reduces brightness by up to 70% at the moment the system detects the invariance of an image during a certain period of time; thus achieving savings that can reach 50% in energy consumption.
