LG and Caverin Solutions renovate the Holiday Inn hotel in Madrid with ProCentric solutions

LG's ProCentric V management system, along with hotel television models, have been installed by its partner at Caverin Solutions as part of the renovation project of the Holiday Inn hotel in Madrid.

Procentric solutions LG Electronics, as well as their televisions 32 inch LT64OH series, have been chosen to renovate the Holiday Inn hotel in Madrid, in collaboration with the Spanish ICT wholesaler and supplier Caverin Solutions.

Fruit of this collaboration, Caverin Solutions has installed LG's ProCentric V management system in this establishment, along with the LT64OH series televisions from 32 inches from this same supplier, offering the hotel absolute control to create informative pages and have them available in a menu on the television in each room.

This innovative digital system allows, besides, easily update content through a web interface and implement the plan and configuration of the channels selected by the hotel.

All operations are carried out through LG's own television, without any external box or STB and using the same antenna wiring as the televisions, with simple installation.

Thanks to this system, The hotel has a marketing tool that allows it to have a point of sale in each room to promote its services to its clients., schedules, events,… in real time and with a simple update through a web page and without external elements in the room, no additional wiring.

As Jaime Villanueva explains, director general de Caverin Solutions, “This agreement represents a great challenge for the company, since it allows us to modernize and bring the latest technology to this hotel chain”.

In this line, the commercial director of the B2B division of LG Spain, Francisco Ramirez, assures that “Premium solutions like the ones we have installed in this hotel guarantee the satisfaction of the end customer.”, which immediately translates into an increase in business volume.
