Alcatel-Lucent receives the Visual Collaboration award from Frost & Sullivan

Alcatel-Lucent has been awarded the Visual Collaboration award, awarded by Frost & Sullivan, in recognition of their efforts to bring visual collaboration solutions to the SME market.

Alcatel-Lucent has been awarded the Leadership award in value provided to European clients of 2013 of Frost & Sullivan, for its OpenTouch visual collaboration solution.

Alcatel-Lucent's OpenTouch solution enables greater productivity in a simple and affordable way for workers, in the office and teleworking, in an industry where mobility is one of the most important functionalities.

OpenTouch allows you to smoothly transition from a phone or instant messaging conversation to a full-featured video conference., avoiding any interruption. Facilitates video connections in the workplace using software client modules on PC, on smartphones desktop smartphone with video capabilities (OmniTouch 8082 My IC Phone) and through interoperability with the catalog of solutions LifeSize, company with which Alcatel-Lucent has established a collaboration agreement.

Besides, visual conversation is available live on any device, but can also be played and displayed on digital presentation devices for other collaboration applications.
