NEC P551

The new MultiSync models of the P Series of NEC Display Solutions Europe, available in sizes 40, 46, 55, 70 y 80 inches, are high-quality, multi-function professional devices designed for continuous signage in retail businesses., transport and other crucial signs 24 hours of the day, 7 days a week. Upgraded models feature commercial-grade, high-performance LCD panels with LED backlighting. This makes lower energy consumption possible, a slimmer, slimmer design and lower weight than its predecessors.

The motion sensor is another of the features that have been included in this line, which can be used both to save energy and to personalize the screen. The sensor detects a presence in front of the screen and can be used to activate power saving modes if no one is present as well as configure it to modify certain parameters when someone approaches as the image input source, sound volume or brightness.

The updated range also features an NFC sensor and corresponding app for Android devices., which reduces installation cost, since the screens can be easily configured before being installed. Installers simply have to configure the configuration once in the application and then copy this configuration to all the screens to be installed without them having to be connected to the network.

Maintenance is also simplified, since the relevant information can be easily downloaded by connecting a tablet or smartphone to the screen. This allows, in case of failure, easier to send the corresponding report.

In the same way, A memory function in the OSD can be used to store useful information for users or service personnel. On the other hand, Browser control is available to configure and manage devices through a web browser instead of from the screen.

Installation cost is reduced thanks to additional capabilities such as automatic Tile Matrix software (converts a single image into one split across multiple screens, showing in each of them a part of the original image) offering easy setup for video display, as well as for supporting video and signal up to 100 daisy-chained units.

This includes LAN daisy chain connectivity with network switching capabilities. Besides, Features such as super speeds of input switching and zoom point enhance the user experience. Three memory banks integrated into the Look-Up-Table (LUT) Programmable or lookup table are available to store different color calibration settings, saving time and effort in mobile or fixed installations with varying brightness or color tone requirements.

NEC P232WEnvironmental sustainability

LED backlight combination, as well as other power and tint management features ensure the new P Series displays are aligned with NEC's Green Vision for environmental sustainability.

In addition to these features, they also incorporate an interface extension port and another NEC OPS option port.. This allows the integration of single board computers and other options for port products based on the NEC/Intel OPS standard without the need for external equipment.. New interface expansion of port options offers compatibility with existing legacy analog video signal systems, as well as additional digital inputs.
