Destination Hotels incorporates digital signage for its corporate communications and customer service

Destination Hotels' commitment to interactive digital communication & Resorts relies on a video wall and interactive video screens and room reservations from RB Industries and Keywest Technology, in which it offers corporate information and services of interest to its clients.

The Destination Hotels chain & Resorts (DHR) has installed large format screens and room reservations from the North American supplier RB Industries, with a turnkey project, whose systems it has supplied Keywest Technology, to improve communication and services to your clients, mainly from the business environment.

The RB Industries interactive video wall, configured with two 52” large format screens horizontally and one vertically, It has been installed in the lobby area so that guests and visitors can view content of interest in real time, from the events that take place at the hotel, services of interest, flight departures or maps-guides to find rooms and rooms.

In the business and conference area, the solution is based on 32” screens on which the schedules of each meeting are displayed., room reservation, etc. whose contents are automatically updated from the Microsoft Exchange server.

The interactive video wall installed in the lobby uses Keywest Technology's MediaZone Pro digital signage software, in combination with creative and dynamic effects to enrich and make the stay of guests and visitors more attractive.

Besides, DHR has also installed the Signwave digital signage or guidance system on the screens, Android based, that in addition to welcoming attendees of a conference or event, shows information about where and how to get to your room, entering your number; the conference schedule and the room, etc.
