Teracue Icue-Grid turns any room into a scalable IP-based video wall

The German manufacturer has expanded its Icue-IPTV product family with this new decentralized solution, pure IP based, to create an almost infinitely scalable production video wall, according to company data.

Icue-Grid is the new visual solution with which Teracue, company belonging to eyevis, expands the scope of its Icue-IPTV range with a decentralized IP-based solution that allows multipurpose rooms to be configured on video walls with total flexibility in video placement using any resolution up to 4K.

The addition of raster and bevel correction allows the use of screens of any frame size and the system does not require a central video processor, since it only uses the IP network for the distribution of video signals, so each screen is equipped with its own processor (integrated or rear-mounted) to simultaneously decode multiple HD and 4K streams.

The video wall is, according to company data, “almost infinitely scalable and extendable upwards. The combined performance of all these distributed units is managed with the Icue-Grid web controller, that can be installed anywhere on the network”.

The Icue-Grid video wall solution goes beyond a single wall or room, since it allows several rooms to be covered audiovisually, either as a single screen or creating multiple visual windows, with the ease of dragging and dropping streams or files on demand with the controller according to the layout.

Besides, Teracue has signed a commercial agreement with Comm-Tec for the distribution of your audiovisual products and solutions.
