Seguros Santalucía integrates its digital channel with social networks to congratulate Christmas
The Santalucía insurance company has decided to use its digital signage channel for the Christmas campaign and thus wish everyone this holiday season., interacting with users on the main social networks, thanks to the Neo Advertising project.
The central office of Seguros Santalucía in Madrid, located in the Plaza de España, has launched a beautiful Christmas campaign with its own creativity related to these beloved holidays, based on the digital communication project with digital signage solutions carried out by Neo Advertising (more details of this installation in Digital AV Magazine) and congratulate everyone under the claim “your best wishes become messages”.
Besides, Santalucía uses this digital signage channel to interact with its customers and employees through social networks, like Twitter, with the hashtag #navidadsantalucía, that are broadcast on the screen, with prior validation, in real time.
So that no one misses the possibility of participating in this Christmas action, a pre-campaign has been launched as a 'teaser' on social networks with a graphic piece specifically for the occasion with the message: “You want to see your tweet on the screens of Plaza de España, send us your Christmas messages with #navidadsantalucía”.
For this purpose, Santalucía has three large format LED panels. (of 1.53×3,07m. each) that are viewed from the outside of its central office in Madrid, with Appspace software Cisco and applications to integrate content with social networks.
Those responsible for Santalucía and Neo Advertising are also promoting this interactive action so that everyone can participate and send their congratulations through other social networks such as Facebook, Google plus and the insurance company's own website. The objective of this work is that participation on Twitter feeds the content of the screens and, that way, passersby see the Christmas messages in it.
Besides, to accompany this campaign, Neo has designed three graphic pieces that are also shown on the screen of the Christmas tree and the nativity scene that the company has set up and a third with the traditional bears of Santa Lucía and its brand image..
