Dura Core laser technology and 4K UHD mark Optoma's presence at ISE 2017
Seven new Dura Core laser projectors, Innovative retail tools that use projection to create attractive in-store presentations, a 4K UHD system with 1DLP technology and mapping solutions for professional AV installations are some of the new features that can be seen in the four spaces that make up its stand..
The 4K and ProScene laser projectors with Dura Core technology are the stars of the stand (1-H120 y H130) of Optoma in WHEREAS 2017. And to publicize its benefits, the space is organized into four areas: innovation, retail, mapping and residential.
The big innovation is the ProScene ZU850 installation projector. A device with a double laser, WUXGA resolution and MCL technology (Multi Color Laser) which is part of the Dura Core range, combining a longer light source and independent IP certification.
To demonstrate its functionalities, Four teams have been dually stacked on the stand that produce 16.000 lumens, with different content assigned to irregular shapes and surfaces to form a spectacular display.
Innovation zone
In the innovation zone you can see the 4K UHD 4K500 professional system that uses a single-chip DLP design to avoid alignment problems and provide extreme precision without ghosting effect.
This projector offers more than 8 millions of pixels on screen with 4 millions of mirrors. Each mirror is capable of switching more than 9.000 times per second, creating two distinct, unique pixels on the screen during each frame to deliver full 4K UHD resolution.
This space shows a high-resolution edge-blending projection from the floor to the ceiling, for which four ProScene projectors from 5,500 ZU510T lumens, installed in various orientations, and two Optoma Chameleon GB-200 mixing and warping processors.
A fully integrated and accessible plug-and-play mobile interactive projection system, called 'Sensory Guru's Magic Carpet' is also on display. And to carry it out, an ultra-short X320UST device is being used that can project an image of 100 just an inch away 55 cm. from the ground. The unit is small and lightweight so users can move it easily and take up minimal storage space.
In addition, This area also showcases a next-generation digital signage solution from tensioner. This virtual assistant uses ALR technology, along with an Optoma ultra-short throw projector built into the unit to display an image and create the illusion of a real person, acting as an interactive informational and instructional tool.
Retail zone
In the retail area, the new high-definition laser projector from 4,000 lumens with ultra short throw ZH400UST. And for its demonstration, four edge-blending projectors have been used to create two giant screens.
Visitors can see a simulation of a unique point of sale (POS) of headphones that improve the consumer shopping experience. This display features products from Optoma's NuForce range.
Dynamic Projection Institute's Mirror Headis will be shown with the compact ZU510T laser in a floor projection with moving images and video across different surfaces.
Another highlight is a next-generation display for UGG from Projection Artworks. Powered by ML750ST Led projectors, This display provides a digital aspect, applying animated content around the product to generate engagement with the consumer in the store.
Mapping area
Two demonstrations of Optoma mapping solutions are being carried out in this area: from professional web-based mapping to mobile mapping from a smart device.
Here the visitor is invited to try the intuitive interface of the projection mapping application tool.
Residential area
The new high-quality home entertainment projectors from Optoma UHD60 and GT1080Darbee, include 4K UHD resolution.
Created for movie fans, the first offers the ultimate in home theater, combining true UHD 4K with excellent color depth, crystalline detail and brilliant contrast.
Ideal for gaming enthusiasts, the GT1080Darbee short throw offers 1080p resolution, dual HDMI ports, 3.000 lumens of brightness and a contrast ratio of 25.000:1.
