NEC Display and Waapiti add technologies and solutions to digitize the retail sector

Both companies held the Smart day in Madrid & Intuitive with the participation of professionals from this environment, who have been able to learn in detail how technology is part of the user's purchasing experience and improves business results.

Professionals involved in the retail sector have gathered at the Smart conference & Intuitive organized by NEC Display Solutions together with his partner Overcome them (TMM-Group) and the support in this B-Tech Iberia event, to learn in detail about joint hardware and software solutions to digitize stores and improve both the user shopping experience and sales.

The main managers of both companies have shown the solutions to achieve this, such as the integration of the Waapiti platform in Compute Module NEC for the intelligent management of audiovisual content and digital signage in establishments.

As well as the extensive proposal of NEC Display in digital communication, like the one provided by the InGlass interactive multi-touch table, with 65” s-IPS panel technology, Frameless design to encourage visual experience and 4K resolution, that covers a market niche in which the visual impact and detail offered to the client is essential.

To this proposal are also added large-format 4K screens and systems integrated with the Raspberri PI open platform., as well as the Mirror display system with mirror function; High-luminosity displays that guarantee the visualization of products in environments with lots of light and contrasts; and interactive signage to increase customer interaction in the store, adapted to the design requirements of the establishment, along with projection solutions for the retail sector.

Another value proposition that was shown to attendees on this day was Waapiti's SaS platform for the intelligent management of audiovisual content and digital signage., that adapts to the needs of stores that may have small format screens with integrated players, to video wall display configurations, tactile and interactive supports to Led panels integrated into the furniture and the musical atmosphere
