VR Park Dubai debuts as the largest virtual and augmented reality leisure center
StarVR's comprehensive location-based entertainment solutions deliver ultra-high-definition, fully immersive experiences at The Dubai Mall's VR Park.
Emaar Entertainment, the leisure and entertainment subsidiary of Emaar Properties, has opened VR Park, a virtual and augmented reality attraction located at The Dubai Mall.
The Dubai Mall, the largest shopping and entertainment center in the world, forms part of Downtown Dubai, the flagship of Emaar Properties that has 3.657,6 kilometers, an area equivalent to 200 soccer fields.
The VR Park covers more than 22.000 square meters of surface and occupies two floors of The Dubai Mall, positioning itself as the largest indoor virtual reality theme park and the first of its kind in the Middle East. In this center, which focuses on the concept of “shared escapism”, immersive games are combined, interactive and educational trips. Some attractions in which virtual and augmented reality technologies have been implemented.

The company StarVR Corporation participates in this project with its location-based virtual reality entertainment solution. In collaboration with Starbreeze Studios, the main content provider of the park, offers comprehensive virtual reality solutions, location based, with custom hardware, on-site installation, Technician training and after-service assistance for most Starbreeze attractions.

At its launch, Visitors will have the chance to enjoy a variety of popular Starbreeze VR content in ultra-high resolution (5K) and a field of view of 210 degrees than only StarVR headsets (HDM) can offer.

StarVR solutions come equipped with a VR HMD headset, Designed from the ground up for business and professional entertainment, offering 5K resolution and field of view of 210 degrees. This solution includes a high-speed optical tracking system, which can accurately record movement on scale, to deliver an ultra-immersive virtual reality experience for location-based entertainment systems (LBE).
