Trison transforms with 180 m2 of Led display in the Arenas shopping center in Barcelona
Merlin Properties has trusted this AV and sensory marketing integrator to carry out the transformation of what was the old bullring in the capital of Catalonia.
The shopping center Arenas of Barcelona (known as The Sands) It is a unique facility in the world since it is what was the bullring of the Catalan capital, of which only the façade has been preserved, adapting its interior to accommodate a varied offer of retail spaces, leisure and gastronomy.

Precisely for this reason, Those responsible have carried out a digital transformation project of this emblematic building, that they have trusted Trison, specialist in audiovisual integration and sensory marketing, for the launch of a large interactive installation, currently the largest in Spain, which has been called Mosaic.
Specifically, Trison has installed seven Led screens, thanks to which visitors can enjoy the audiovisual content of Mosaic, a multimedia show created by mosaics that nod to the city's most emblematic architectural landscape, in which two artistic universes are combined: one inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, where shape and color create pictograms in continuous movement in the water; and another that takes the sun as a reference, where mosaics provide a warm and colorful effect.
As they point out from Merlin Properties, “The digital experience is a must”, and that is why they have opted for this exclusive project developed by Trison, in collaboration with the renowned French design studio Admemori, specialized in motion graphics, digital media and audiovisual content.
The artistic spectacle offered Mosaic is materialized through seven large format screens, that add up to more than 180 square meters of Led display technology, located in the most strategic points of the shopping center. A job carried out in a record time of only three weeks.
The installation surprises visitors with a huge circular screen, of 64 square meters, located on the ground of the central plaza, in the place once occupied by the ring of the old bullring.
To date, It is the largest interactive screen in Spain, that visually reacts to the steps of users who walk on it, It follows its path and produces a truly spectacular visual effect.
On its perimeter, on the terrace of the old arena, There is an LED ring suspended from 62 meters of circumference. Thanks to image and sound synchronization, Both supports create an immersive sensation that enriches the experience of visitors who come to this shopping center..
