Lisbon Airport opts for Partteam's Qmagine queue management system
Portuguese Airports has chosen the technology of local specialist Partteam to organize the flow of passengers in the check-in area of Lisbon Airport.
The queue management system selected by Airports of Portugal (ANA) to organize the flow of passengers in the check-in area of the Lisbon airport es Qmagine, developed by Part team & Oemkiosks, that integrates management software that establishes the connection between the service desk and the digital call screens.
To ensure short waiting time, a linear queue management system has been installed, so that passengers form a single line and see on the screen the counter that is left free to go to it.
The Qmagine solution involves different queue management systems and visual equipment, such as digital kiosks and screens with the aim of reducing waits and optimizing the billing service, so that passengers have a quick and efficient baggage delivery or check-in process.
