Movenpick Hotel & Convention Center Klia bases its sound infrastructure on Harman solutions

In order to guarantee an immersive audio experience, in different areas of the hotel and the convention center, The Mahajak Trio firm has installed customized solutions for each environment based on JBL products, AKG, Soundcraft, Crown Audio y BSS Audio.

Located minutes from Kuala Lumpur International Airport and the Sepang F1 International Circuit, he Movenpick Hotel & Convention Center Kliais a five-star hotel that has 333 private rooms, a wellness center, a lobby lounge and two restaurants. The property also has a convention center 85.344 square meters, which includes a large ballroom, an exhibition hall, multifunctional spaces and meeting rooms.

In order to ensure an audio experience for a wide range of areas throughout the hotel and convention center, management hired the firm MahaIs Trif to install custom audio solutions for each environment. The chosen solution was a complete network sound system of Harman Professional Solutions.

Events held in the main ballroom benefit from the power and clarity of JBL. The main room was equipped with the VTX V20 system with amplifiers Crown ITHD.

The room has been divided into three smaller zones and each has been equipped with the VRX932LA-1 portable sound reinforcement. A compact two-way line array speaker system from 12 inches designed for use in arrangements. PRX812W speakers provide great flexibility as stage monitors and fill speakers, and its built-in WiFi technology makes it easy to adjust the system for different configurations through the PRX Connect app.

Mahajak selected wireless lavalier and handheld sets AKG WMS470 to ensure optimal intelligibility and reliable multi-channel wireless performance for any size event.

To mix, The main ballroom was equipped with a digital sound console Soundcraft Vi1 for its complete I/O and easy-to-use workflow, while compact EFX mixers 12 offer high-quality mixes in meeting rooms, restaurants and swimming pools.

To integrate high-quality audio into hotel and convention space, Mahajak Trio has selected a range of JBL Professional speakers. Equipped the meeting room with Control 328CT and Control 16CT ceiling speakers, while the speakers Control 23-1, 25-1 y 16 C/T have been installed in the restaurants and the pool.

JBL CBT50 speakers, Control 25-1 and 88M have been used to provide high-quality audio in the central hallway and exterior of the building. All are powered by Crown I-Tech HD series amplifiers and connected via signal processors BSS Soundweb London.
