HL Tech creates a smarter work environment with Sony TEOS Manage

In its new offices in Warsaw, Hargreaves Lansdown has installed TEOS Manage to centrally control its AV infrastructure. This is made up of 27 Bravia professional screens, one VPL-PHZ10 laser projector and seven TEOS Book tablets.

Con 35 years of experience leading the financial and investment services market, Hargreaves Lansdown was looking for a cutting-edge solution for its new technology center in Warsaw (Poland), HL Tech.

The company's objective is to develop cutting-edge secure technologies that provide innovative solutions that respond to customer demands.. The new Warsaw offices offer an environment where the engineering team is empowered to work creatively.

HL Tech needed a solution that will help them achieve this goal. The option chosen was Sony TEOS Manage , a software application that allows you to manage all connected devices, signage content and meeting rooms located at multiple sites.

This project has become the first company in Central and Eastern Europe to implement the Sony TEOS Manage solution.

The HL Tech office is unique in many ways. Strikes a balance between creating open spaces while maintaining the functionality necessary for a workplace.

This space has 27 Bravia professional screens, one VPL-PHZ10 laser projector and seven TEOS Book Tablets. All these devices, including digital signage and conference room reservation system, are centrally controlled by the TEOS Manage program based on a local server.

With this infrastructure, AV equipment can manage all devices, even turn them on and off, regulate the volume or plan the transmission of content at defined times.

The Sony digital signage system has been implemented in the reception which has two screens 49 inches; In the hallways there are twelve Bravia monitors. 55 inches provide guidance to visitors; and at the bar, where two Bravia Professional screens have been installed 49 inches, three of 55 and a VPL-PHZ10 projector.

Conference room reservation system is fully integrated with Microsoft Exchange for ease of use by staff members.
