Matrox Maevex 6120

Matrox Graphics has expanded its family of business encoders with the dual model 4K Maevex 6120. This solution takes advantage of the real-time capture and encoding technology of the Maevex model 6150 Quad 4K.

New solution offers capture, Simultaneous dual streaming and recording in 4K, with options to stream and record more channels in different settings, all on a standard Gigabit Ethernet network. This device is ideal for a wide variety of transmission and recording applications in companies, education, digital signage, Government environments and control rooms.

The Maevex 6120 features innovative coding capabilities that can easily power cloud-based servers to reach Internet viewers, and drive local broadcasts over the LAN for the audience to record to local or network storage for editing and viewing later, all at the same time.

The device's ability to stream in multiple resolutions, Bitrates and protocols (Secure Reliable Transport – .SRT), at the same time, Download or eliminate cloud transcoding operations and costs for organizations.

The Maevex PowerStream Plus software management tool, that incorporates this encoder, provides full reach and control over the Maevex network, including all series 4K enterprise encoders 6100 and the series' Full HD encoders and decoders 5100.

Matrox Maevex 6120 offers a flexible all-in-one solution for IP video encoding management (both local and remote), that can be easily programmed and controlled with the company's PowerStream Plus software across the network through custom applications using the built-in API.

For quick customization, the PowerStream Plus API, for Windows and Linux, and the Rest API are also available for integrators and developers looking to create custom Maevex control applications..
