BenQ optimizes the remote management of its digital signage solutions with TeamViewer

Thanks to this alliance, BenQ interactive flat panels and digital signage solutions can be accessed and controlled remotely, anytime, anywhere, via the pre-installed TeamVIewer QuickSupport agent for Android.

TeamViewer has signed a collaboration agreement with BenQ to provide better support, control and collaboration for screens and flat panels belonging to the latter's product portfolio.

With this alliance, both TeamViewer and Blizz by TeamViewer will appear as recommended software on the BenQ website, and will be available and pre-installed on your devices through product integration. Besides, The TeamViewer QuickSupport App can be downloaded to devices from the TeamViewer website.

BenQ's digital signage line will now have TeamViewer QuickSupport agent for Android pre-installed, which will allow the administrator to remotely access the functionality of the screens from the computer at any time and place.

Whether for screens that are used for advertising messages, menus, posters in restaurants, hotels and shops, or for those used as an information panel for corporate environments, con TeamViewer, Administrators will be able to access an easy-to-use solution to monitor, Control and support BenQ monitors remotely to resolve issues quickly and cost-effectively, saving having to check the device on site.

Besides, BenQ interactive flat panels will be equipped with TeamViewer's Blizz Collaboration Companion, which will allow you to take advantage of Blizz's connected and indexed messaging functions, face-to-face HD video and VoIP audio calling, spontaneous or scheduled group meetings (until 300 personas) and screen sharing.
