Canon enters the large space projection market with the LX-4K3500Z laser

Canon has unveiled its first large 4K projector, el LX-4K3500Z. A high-brightness 3DLP laser compatible with a range of interchangeable lenses and equipped for versatile and challenging installations, ideal for the rental and staging market.

Capable of projecting native high-definition 4K images with 40.000 brightness center lumens, It has an optical system that provides an immersive experience even in large spaces.

The LX-4K3500Z is equipped with color processing of 10 bits to offer more than 1.000 millions of colors across the entire DCI-P3 color space, without any additional filter. With an optical laser system, encompassing two color light sources and a phosphor wheel, is capable of delivering a wide color gamut to provide a sense of presence and immersion within native 4K video sources.

With DLP technology 3 chips, HDR function and a dynamic contrast ratio of 30.000:1, produces vivid colors and deep blacks with no color separation to ensure faithful reproduction. For greater flexibility it is compatible with a range of seven lenses that offer high quality projection on screens of 100-1.000 inches from distances of 2 a 176 metros.

As Canon's brightest projector released to date, The LX-4K3500Z has two color laser light sources that offer 40.000 center lumens. This model offers four different laser light output modes, including constant brightness and manual adjustment, which can be calibrated in increments of 1% from 30 a 100%, providing longer life and greater control of light output for mixing.

Projecting with incredible detail and precision, The LX-4K3500Z uses 3-inch DLP panels.×1,38 inches for high native 4K resolution, giving 4,096×2.160 for an output 8.847.360 pixels. This makes it ideal for viewing at sporting events or rental and staging.

Supporting complex environments, such as those found in uncomfortable or challenging spaces, This projector can be installed in any orientation 360 degrees, as well as in portrait mode.

Ideal for projecting in auditoriums, Features keystone correction software, Corner adjustment and four-corner geometry correction to eliminate distortion when projecting onto uneven surfaces, such as wall corners and spherical spaces.

Perfect for creative installations that use multiple devices, Integrated edge blending produces beautifully blended images by correcting any pixel position to deliver accurate projection for large-scale projects.

System integrators can adjust image position without tilting or repositioning the projector, since all non-fixed lenses offer motorized change, zoom and focus.

Optical drive and light source are sealed to protect against dust, while a circular cooling system employs a combination of water and air cooling for reliable projection.
