An ambitious project of technological renovation with solutions for LG place this establishment as a benchmark in the sector of hospitality, where service excellence customer brand guideline, with an efficient hotel management.

Marriott Madrid Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center It has transformed the experience offered to guests and visitors of business with technological innovation, which has entrusted to Hotel TV manufacturer and digital signage solutions LG, namely its division B2B, that have been installed to both the common areas and in rooms.

The aim of this project has been to offer a differential and unique experience with the personalization of the services to the guest, in which connectivity and customization of each one of the systems to ensure this set the standard.

Thanks to the range of LG Hotel TV and the manufacturer, together with the Fusion platform ProCentric management system of Hoist Group, guests are in their rooms at 4K, wide connectivity image quality (Chromecast 4K, HDMI,...), guarantees of security and protection of information, as well as the possibility to enjoy custom content through Netflix.

In particular, the integration of this platform has been result of a collaboration unprecedented between LG, Marriott, and Netflix, so all Hotel TV friendly feature Netflix embedded, something unprecedented among the hotels in Europe.

So said Juan Darío Plocharski, technical coordinator of Madrid Marriott Auditorium Hotel & Conference Center events, during his participation in the round table held on the occasion of the event Together 5 LG (additional information at) digital AV): "LG Spain technology has allowed us to offer an experience that is customized to the client so that it is, as a minimum, as in your own home".

The hotel has nine Hotel TV interactive LG ProCentric range in sizes of 49 and 55 inches, with resolution of 4K image and sound Dolby Vision in an ultra-thin screen, distributed in rooms and common areas. To achieve greater interactivity and security, these devices integrate Chromecast 4K, which allows to connect mobile devices on televisions to expose a presentation, review content, viewing content, etc.

Thanks to LG ProCentric and Hoist Group collaboration, guests have access to all the services of the establishment through a simple look on your Hotel TV: from information of the hotel the of upcoming flights, one hundred channels in six languages different, etc.

Madrid Marriott Auditorium & Conference Center Hotel employees also have the option to customize the contents of each screen and manage reservations in simple and intuitive way. All screens of the hotel, from televisions to the Videowall rooms and digital signage systems can be managed from a same control center.

We knew that we had to adapt to the new needs of the guest and his desire to be always connected to enjoy a unique experience. Moreover, André Lopes, business developer manager Iberia of Hoist Group, says that "as technological partner certified by Marriott are proud of having deployed successfully, together with LG, the most advanced television system in the industry, that allows to" guests enjoy their stay in the hotel as if they were at home".

Another advantage in this sense is precisely that the guest can enjoy during their stay in the hotel of digital signage solutions for LG, which are distributed by all facilities, consisting of 42 monitors and three videowalls and forty-two monitors.
