Tech Data markets Toshiba's internal storage offering

With this agreement, Tech Data customers will have access to MG08 Enterprise Series Hard Drive. This series, with a capacity of 16 TB, includes CMR type HDD.

The specialized solutions division of Tech Data, Global Computing Components (GCC), has reached a pan-European agreement with Toshiba to market your hard drive portfolio (HDD) internal for clients and companies.

Toshiba HDD products are optimized for data centers, cloud and server storage, surveillance, network and PC attached storage, among other applications.

The agreement specifies that Tech Data customers will have access to MG08 Enterprise Series Hard Drive, which will be available in the second half of this year. MG08 series, with a capacity of 16 TB, includes CMR type HDD (conventional magnetic recording) and supports data center environments, both cloud and traditional.
