The new functionalities developed for the AdderLink Infinity series 4000, available via firmware update, facilitate its integration with devices and tools from third parties.

AdderLink Infinity 4000 Series

Adder, company that distributes Macroservice, has announced a set of new features for its AdderLink Infinity dual-head 4K IP KVM over fiber extenders. 4000 Series (ALIF4000) which were launched at the beginning of the year.

These KVM IP extenders now support USB 2.0 high speed to facilitate integration with third-party devices, along with a simplified configuration for point-to-point extension.

By allowing a USB link 2.0, Transparent USB communication is guaranteed up to 480 Mpbs, which is very beneficial in applications with mass storage equipment.

The update also enables isochronous communication that provides plug and play support for USB devices and third-party tools., como DaVinci Resolve Color Grading Panels.

Adding a browser (browser) generated internally in the receiving unit allows professionals to visualize all endpoints, change parameters and configure the entire extension without having to access an external browser, simplifying operation.

ALIF4000 extenders provide image, audio and USB to single and dual 4K displays over a single fiber optic link. At the same time, support mixed networks 1 y 10 Gb and offer the right technology to benefit from the advantages of 4K. Besides, They are compatible with the rest of the Infinity family products and, therefore, can be integrated into existing networks without interruptions or additional costs.
