Vivitek combines collaboration and digital signage in its NovoDisplay solution

The manufacturer presents this all-in-one flat screen to the market, which integrates three key functions: 4K-UHD resolution, Wireless collaboration and digital signage capabilities to boost productivity in businesses.

In the business world, connect, Cooperating and sharing information should be simple, safe and efficient, as they point out from Vivitek when they define NovoDisplay; an all-in-one visual solution that combines wireless collaboration features (NovoConnect) and digital signage (NovoDS).

Vivitek NovoDisplay is made up of the DK430 models (43”), DK550 (55”) DK650 (65”) y DK750 (75”) to respond to the needs of all customers. All offer 4k-UHD resolution (3.840×2.160p) and its IPS panel offers optimal quality and image and detail.

The first three models mentioned are now available on the market, while the largest one will be available from February 2020, and all of them have a three-year warranty.

Designed for meeting rooms and offices, NovoDisplay offers simple and flexible operation for professionals to effortlessly share information wirelessly in meetings, as well as a digital message/notice board during other office hours.

For this, it incorporates NovoConnect, that allows the mirroring wireless from any device (byod) to NovoDisplay from Vivitek (brand that sells in Spain Charmex). By offering cross-platform compatibility with Windows, macOS, Ubuntu, Android e iOS, The NovoConnect application facilitates quick and easy connection to user devices to view content on a large screen, with up to four participants simultaneously.

Added to this is the possibility of adding external guests to the meeting easily and safely when they also want to show their content through LauncherPlus. (optional), offering an alternative to app-based connection and ensuring both zero impact on the IT network and peace of mind for network administrators and guests.

Digital signage application

To increase the capabilities of NovoDisplay when not used for meeting purposes, can also be used as a digital communication system to display messages (welcome and corporate messages, news, guidance system, etc.) thanks to the integrated digital signage solution from NovoDS, with playlists.

This functionality is further enriched with Vivitek's optional cloud-based service., NovoDS Cloud, that facilitates access and control of playlists through its web interface so that updates are made from any authorized computer or mobile device anywhere.
