Part team & Oemkiosks develops an interactive wall kiosk for the Portuguese municipality of Lousada

Equipped with a 55" touch screen″, Zitab Wall model provides information and documents (notices, notifications, requests, etc.) to the citizens, improving communication with the local institution.

With evidence that digital signage is increasingly used in daily life in most sectors, the manufacturer Part team & Oemkiosks has developed Zytab Wall, an interactive wall kiosk 55 inches in MDF and document dispenser, for him Lousada Town Hall, in the Porto district (Portugal), according to the project directed and executed by the company Skillmind.

This interactive wall kiosk functions as an electronic notification system, whose main purpose is to provide the user with information and mandatory documents from the local institution in a simple way, organized and effective.

Among the various functions of the team, the provision of documents stands out (notices, notifications and reports, requests, advertisements, public procurement and personnel hiring); information provision (news and current affairs, culture, turismo, agenda and cultural events, useful contacts, complaints and suggestions) and images and videos.

The Lousada City Council decided to invest in the Zytab Wall interactive kiosk by Partteam & Oemkiosks to improve communication and relationship with its citizens, facilitating the most common procedures.

The Zytab Wall model can integrate any type of touch screen to create an interactive device for indoor use. It also has a bill dispenser -Quartz model-, that provides personalized service to the customer and a productivity gain in the service provided.

Another of its advantages is to offer better organization of services, the optimization of service processes and the elimination of waiting queues in its different applications.
