Avaya adds AI and advanced meeting features to its Spaces platform

Avaya Spaces capabilities include enhanced calling, designed to facilitate contact for anyone, inside or outside the organization, via high-quality voice or video, so users can search and combine contacts from multiple devices, and transfer, combine and manage multiple simultaneous calls.

Avaya SpacesAvaya Spaces workflows can now include application programming interfaces (API), that leverage a set of out-of-the-box integrations, and created specifically for customer relationship management (CRM) and attention to them; robotic process automation (RPA) and productivity.

The AI ​​improvements are designed to “create more engaging meetings and reduce fatigue that occurs by visually overlaying speakers over the material presented to capture users' attention.”.
