A circular, white lacquered meeting table presides over the boardroom of the new corporate building of Orange in Ivory Coast. This is equipped with 20 retractable monitors DynamicX2 of Arthur Holm, that integrate HD-SDI cameras at the top of the screen to ensure the capture of the image of each and every one of the participants in the meetings.
The monitors have a system to regulate their inclination in order to place the camera at the precise angle. The cameras are connected to external video conferencing equipment that manages SDI signals.
The sound quality is assured thanks to the use of DynamicTalk UnderCover, a gooseneck microphone lift and retraction mechanism that allows the mechanism's motorized lid to be virtually unnoticeable when in the closed position, as it can be plywood with the material used in the table top.
The monitors with the cameras are hidden inside the furniture, giving the table flexibility and versatility. These use DynamicLoop for cascade connection inside the table and, the use of ERT-60 facilitates control, installation adjustment and verification.
This audiovisual solution was designed and installed by the integrator IK Events Resources, which has 25 of experience in sound, video and lighting.
