AV Stumpfl in Prolight Sound 2022

At the fair Prolight+Sound 2022, to be held from the 26 to the 29 April in Fráncfort, AV Stumpfl will present its innovative AnyShape projection screen and the latest addition it has made to its product portfolio Pixera.

AV Stumpfl AT64 ShiftThe Austrian manufacturer AV Stumpfl will present for the first time its innovative system of projection screens, AnyShape, and the Pixera four media server in the next edition of Prolight+Sound, to be held from the 26 to the 29 April in Frankfurt (Germany).

In addition to publicizing the advantages of Shift assembly, that allow you to install mobile projection screens in a matter of minutes and adjust them in height in seconds, visitors who come to the AV Stumpfl stand at Prolight+Sound 2022 (Pavilion 12.1 Srand B82) will be able to see for the first time its innovative Projection Screen AnyShape.

This allows custom production of mobile projection screens with non-standard frame shapes, as circles, rounded edges and semicircles.

“Until now, if you wanted to use only a specific part of the surface of a rectangular projection screen, some kind of masking approach was necessary to create the shape one had in mind.. AnyShape offers an ingenious way to design a bespoke projection screen with a variety of frame shapes, directly from the factory”, explains Jan Walter, Director of Global Business Development of AV Stumpfl Displays.

Pixera four

For its part, Pixera four, the latest addition to the Pixera product portfolio, will be officially presented on 26 April. This is a powerful media server, ideal for graphical applications for live events and very demanding XR/AR broadcast configurations.

Support for 12G-SDI I/O, a default data read rate of 10 GB/s and five PCI slots 4.0 are some of the features of this solution. An AMD Performance CPU with 128 GB of RAM is part of the Pixera four hardware, that allows you to flexibly use 8K 10Bit content 60 fps without any problems.
