Astera HydraPanel

Equipped with the powerful Titan Led engine of Astera, the new HydraPanel offers one-of-a-kind features, as a beamforming and magnetic mounting module.

Elegant design and weighing 600 Grams, Astera HydraPanel incorporates a battery and a wireless DMX module (can also work with cable) which make it very flexible for application anywhere, with classification IP65 to withstand changing atmospheric outdoor conditions.

Each HydraPanel emits 1.300 lumens of light high quality, that provide 515 lux to 1 meter (no filter) and a high CRI and TLCI. Accessories include ConnectorPlate, connecting two HydraPanels to each other, and it is even possible to join up to four panels using three ConnectorPlate to configure a medium-sized one, equally compact, lightweight and manageable.

Astera HydraPanelIts applications cover both the lighting of people and areas, as scenarios, sets and buildings. Larger HydraPanel arrays can be used as a low-resolution screen/video effect, in addition to the camera, either by highlighting people and objects or as a fill of the camera background.

Like the PixelBrick model of Astera, power and data are supplied through devices PowerBox 2x86W. For larger configurations, eight HydraPanels can be connected to the latter device using combined power/data cables; ideal for creating larger and more spectacular effects in scenarios, festivals and events.

Once they have been placed, infrared communication between HydraPanels allows you to control multiple units from a single console or controller for the continuity of parameters such as color, the brightness, Etc; as the display includes specific buttons for quick and precise adjustment, as well as new TouchSlider To modify these settings.

For quick and easy assembly, the rear of the luminaire is magnetic and can be deployed without the need for other accessories. To this is added their discreet appearance when they are installed as 'practices' on the set, and taking into account stage lighting, Six beam modifiers are also available to adjust the HydraPanel's native 110°x100° beam.

Astera HydraPanelAmong them is the DiffusorSheet 100, which provides soft light and a beam angle of 100° without increasing its height, especially suitable for people with key lighting. You can also add a SoftFrame filter 100 to distance the filter from the unit, improving smoothness and creating shadows when mounted on a camera or on structures and scenarios.

The so-called Intensifyr 80 creates an 80° narrower beam for longer-range applications and for those close-ups where a light pulse is needed. It has four magnets that allow you to attach two Egg Crates – EggCrate 60, to eliminate light spillage around the beam and prevent glare, resulting in a 60° beam, or with EggCrate 40 that produces a 40° beam.

the GelHolder puts a filter gel in place, and all these beam modifiers can be fixed quickly and easily, as needed, through the four small magnets on top of the HydraPanel.

Astera has briefcases specially designed for HydraPanel, including the power supply Titan Tube and the six beam shape modifiers, in addition to a FlexBase, a ConnectorPlate and a double-ended spike BabyPin. A four-unit charging case has a power supply Hyperion Tube and the lights are recharged by contacts.
