B-Tech AV Mounts and Neomounts create the Global Mounts Group
In order to boost its growth and strengthen its access to new markets, Both companies have joined forces to create the Group Global Mounts, but will continue to operate independently under their own brand, identity and management.
B-Tech AV Mounts y Neomounts have come together creating the Group Global Mounts, a specialist in AV mounting systems and IT, with a broad portfolio and global distribution. Both companies will continue to operate independently under their own brand., identity and management.
Neomounts (formerly known as Newstar) has a growing presence, mainly in the IT and AV market, and is active in both the Business to Business and Business to Consumer channels. B-Tech, focuses its activity on the professional audiovisual sector, where it has grown to become one of the leading assembly brands in this field.
Regarding geographical distribution, the two companies also complement each other. Neomounts focuses on Europe, while B-Tech has created a strong network in the EMEA region, Asia and, most recently, in North America.
