Promethean expands its interactive line with ActivPanel LX

This new solution Promethean, designed for the educational market, includes a 4K screen, HDMI technology 2.0, puertos Gigabit Ethernet, a connected OPS device, LCD laminated glass and touch technology.

Promethean expands its offer of interactive displays for the educational market with ActivPanel LX, a panel that is characterized by its ease of use and flexibility.

“If there is anything we have learned during our more than 25 years in the educational technology business, is that each educational center is unique, and who have different needs when it comes to classroom technology”, states Lance Solomon, Promethean Chief Product Officer. “We are pleased to offer the ActivPanel LX to those customers who place simplicity and versatility among their main requirements.”.

ActivPanel LX features a touchscreen that can easily connect to a laptop with a USB-C cable or pair with a computing module to complement an existing Chrome or Windows environment. Also works with software and apps teachers already use, so they can plug it in and start using it with minimal training.

IT administrators will find ActivPanel LX easy to configure and install, and they will not have to register, manage or update the dashboard frequently. Since it does not store or maintain any personally identifiable information and is not part of any network, IT staff can use their existing security protocols and authentication methods and will not need to perform any security updates.
