Snap One Control4 Core Lite

The basic solution of Snap One includes a new Control4 Corew lite controller and a Halo Remote, Operational both in single-room projects or for room extensions with existing systems.

According to Eric Fritz, Director of Product Management, Snap One, The global launch of the Single Room Bundle with Core lite and Halo offers partners and their customers a large number of features, while reducing overall system costs.

Core lite is a new Control4 system controller designed specifically for use in a single room with ports including ethernet, a USB, an HDMI, an internal Zigbee antenna, three IR outputs and one of which can be used as a serial port instead.

Snap One Control4 Core LiteAdditional user features include an HD menu, High-resolution audio streaming with up to 12 native services and, with an active subscription, Cloud services including: remote access, Notifications and alerts, Intercom Anywhere, cloud backups and support for Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant.

For Snap One Members, Core lite provides access to the Control4 online driver database with more than 20.000 Single drivers for device control, Smart device integrations and custom automation.

Snap One Control4 CoreStackWith OvrC Pro integrated into Core lite, Partners have remote access for network monitoring and management, Configuring devices and systems, and a set of diagnostic and troubleshooting tools. The controller is not sold separately and is only available through the single room package.

To ensure that all users have convenient and reliable access to their Control4 system, Single Room package includes Control4 Halo remote control. You can use this remote control to control the Core lite OnScreen menu, use the Voice button for push-to-talk commands and use the familiar physical buttons for common tasks.

All this on a screen of 2,8 inches with physical buttons for easy navigation. Users can also use the Control4 app for mobile devices for advanced control and remote access.

The remote's dual-band WiFi antennas support 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz for improved reliability with connections three to five times more powerful than previous remote control models. When users press the Voice button on the Halo remote, Control4 captures user information.
