Hive BeeBlade

This solution, incorporating BeeSync technology from Hive, enables frame synchronization between devices without the need for HDSDI hardware or cabling.

The company Hive has announced BeeBlade, A product offering that seeks to redefine the way media players are used in various applications. It represents a new approach that changes the rules of the game, making it an advanced solution in the multimedia engine market.

“I am very excited about our new products BeeBox and BeeBlade, that incorporate our technology BeeSync. Developed in collaboration with Intel, this allows frame synchronization between devices without the need for cabling or expensive HDSDI hardware”, Explains Trey Harrison, co-founder of Hive. “BeeBlade is installed inside a projector or screen and only requires an Ethernet connection”.

Hive BeeBox

BeeBlade is distinguished by its ability to deploy in three different formats. First of all, can be inserted directly into SDM-compatible projectors or displays, taking advantage of this format while simplifying installation and eliminating the need for expensive video distribution systems.

alternatively, Can be installed in a separate box, a BeeBox, Ideal for situations where display technology lacks an SDM slot, but where users want to harness the power of distributed architecture.

For those looking for a high-density rack solution, multiple BeeBlade modules can be inserted into a companion product, the Beehive, enabling 16x4k output from a single 5U rack, offering a high-density media playback solution. This high level of scalability and versatility places it as the reference solution for professional multimedia playback in an unlimited range of applications.

Hive BeeHive

The new BeeBlade range incorporates Hive's BeeSync technology, that achieves a perfect synchronization between several screens, as well as frames of HDMI video outputs on all Ethernet-connected video players, wherever they are.

Comparable to systems genlocked more expensive, BeeSync eliminates the need for additional hardware and cabling. Hive's BeeBlade modules are fully compatible with all Panasonic projectors and displays equipped with SDM, as part of an ongoing relationship between brands.

Its modular design allows to acquire the exact number of outputs that are required, offering a scalable solution that optimizes costs. BeeBlade and BeeHive allow you to adapt the systems to the needs of each project.

“BeeBlade offers the highest output density, Very smooth playback and great scalability, all within the same Hive software ecosystem”, Says Mark Calvert, Co-founder of the company.
